Courtyard Cottages comprises three self-contained, fully furnished cottages converted from a former dairy and byre on Springs Farm, a family-run enterprise now in its fourth generation under Hazel and Derek Hutton. All cottages are single-level, centrally heated, and include heat, light and linen. The Old Dairy sleeps six across two bedrooms with a spacious living area, whilst Castlehead is a intimate two-person cottage. Both feature fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms. Guests enjoy spectacular views over Keswick, Bassenthwaite Lake and Derwentwater. A farm shop provides provisions, with laundry facilities and bicycle storage available. Direct access to walks and cycle routes makes the location ideal for outdoor pursuits.
