Newlands Holidays is a self-catering cottage attached to a 17th-century farmhouse in the Newlands Valley near Keswick. The 300-year-old farmhouse features character beams, rustic doors and wooden floors, offering unspoiled views across the valley towards Catbells, Maiden Moor and Hindscarth. Set on a traditional hill farm run by the Wilson family for two generations, the property accommodates guests in two bedrooms, including one with full-size bunks. The working fell farm maintains Swaledale and Herdwick sheep, plus a small suckler herd, using traditional farming methods whilst supporting wildlife. Walks of all abilities depart from the door, with Catbells just 2 miles away.
