Located towards the end of a peaceful rural cul-de-sac, it features a character sitting room with a red sandstone inglenook fireplace and wood burning stove, a contemporary sunny kitchen, and a cosy first-floor double bedroom with views over the garden, river and woods towards Skiddaw. The multi-level terraced garden includes a veranda with seating and leads down to the river where barbecues are possible. Private parking for two cars is provided on site.
