Roly's Fudge began in 1987 in a farmhouse cottage kitchen in Mid Devon, crafting handmade fudge using traditional methods and quality ingredients. Every batch is made fresh daily in small batches using real milk, sugar and butter with natural, carefully sourced ingredients—never artificial colourings or additives. The fudge is prepared in copper pans in full view of customers, poured onto solid marble slabs whilst hot, and cooled quickly. Fudge hearts are hand-shaped on the table whilst still fresh. The business has expanded to over 40 independently run, family-owned fudge pantries across the UK, each sharing the same artisan passion. Online boxes start from £19.50 with UK postage included, featuring flavours such as Vanilla Clotted Cream and Chocolate. Vegan options and personalised gift boxes are available, alongside handmade wedding favours created for over 30 years.
